Job Summary

H2O Disaster Clean Up Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities and construction sites are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean environment.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Assistance: Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed to ensure a smooth and efficient work process.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Initiative: Take initiative to identify and address potential issues to prevent delays and ensure a smooth work process.
