Job Summary

H2O Disaster Clean Up Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our construction sites are clean and safe for our workers and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • General Maintenance: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Supporting Tradespersons: Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, and load, unload, and transport construction materials.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, and initiative are essential for this role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
