Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at H2O DISASTER CLEAN UP INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances to prevent equipment failure and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the facility's appearance and functionality.
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to support the construction process.
Requirements:
  • Dependability to ensure a consistent and reliable work schedule.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and schedules.
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.
Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
