Emergency Room Technician Job Description

At destinationone Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide critical support to nursing and medical staff in the emergency department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient triage and preparation for treatment.
  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and collecting samples.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the emergency room.
  • Assist medical staff with procedures and documentation.
  • Ensure availability and functionality of medical supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a medical assistant or emergency medical technician program.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
