Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the insurance field
- Language Proficiency: English (working language), with asset languages including Hindi and Panjabi; Punjabi
- Ensure that all necessary documentation, medical assessments, and policy requirements are fulfilled accurately.
- Monitor and manage insurance claims while addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding group and individual insurance plans, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
- Market and sell various types of insurance, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, and aircraft insurance.
Possession of a provincial or territorial insurance license is required.
Insurance ExpertiseExperience in various insurance sectors, including:
- Property/casualty insurance
- Commercial insurance
- Automobile insurance
- Health insurance
- House insurance
- Personal insurance
- Tenant insurance
- Travel insurance products
