Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pedagogical Coordinator to join our team at LCI Éducation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and harmonizing pedagogical practices across the College, with a focus on the application of policies, success plans, and teacher development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and adaptation of courses: Collaborate with teaching teams to design and implement online, flexible, blended, and face-to-face courses that meet the needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with IT and teaching teams: Work with our IT team and teaching staff to assess needs and implement educational technologies that enhance the learning experience.
  • Coordinate resources and projects: Manage resources, files, digital pedagogical projects, activities, and teacher training programs to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to problem-solving: Provide technical support and guidance to teachers on digital pedagogy and curriculum development.
  • Initiate and advise on digital pedagogy: Develop and deliver training programs for teachers on the effective use of digital pedagogical applications.
  • Provide pedagogical development: Offer professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to curriculum development: Collaborate with teaching teams to develop, implement, evaluate, and update curricula that meet the needs of our students.
  • Support team leaders: Assist team leaders in the selection process for new teachers and provide guidance on curriculum development.
  • Perform compliance analysis: Verify the application of educational policies and directives, and perform compliance analysis of lesson plans, activity schedules, and evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in education, pedagogy, educational technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in training, teaching, or a similar function.
  • Language: Good command of French and English, both oral and written.
  • Skills: Ability to act on multiple projects simultaneously, interpret data, and provide technical support.
