Pedagogical Counsellor

Key Responsibilities- Advise and support teaching staff in the development and revision of programs and courses.
- Assist in the writing of program design and revision documents.
- Develop and refine documentation related to program revision and course design.
- Prepare documents, templates, and guidelines for faculty use in curriculum design.
- Participate in processes related to academic policy development and evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of specialization, particularly in education.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a post-secondary educational institution.
- Experience in program revision and course design, preferably in a competency-based educational setting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
