About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Gerhard Buchner Private Household. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations
    • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Supply Management
    • Source and purchase high-quality cleaning equipment and supplies
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with household staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks
Requirements
