We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Worker to join our team. As a Community Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in social work or a related field
  • Experience working in a community setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Cree culture and social/health issues in Eeyou Istchee
