About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at Truckco Mechanical LTD. as a key member of our structural assembly department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay Out and Assemble metal structures, ensuring accurate and precise fitment of components.
  • Construct Patterns and Templates to facilitate efficient fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Install Fabricated Components in final products, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Rig, Hoist, and Move materials to storage areas or within the worksite, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing downtime.
  • Operate Welding Equipment to assemble and fit metal sections together, adhering to safety protocols and quality control measures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with flexibility to work in different environments.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
