About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Maritime Travel Inc. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and travel expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and products, including airline schedules, hotel information, and destination guides.
  • Sales and Marketing: Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in marketing initiatives to promote our travel products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computerized reservation and ticketing systems, such as Apollo and Sabre.
