Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Encompass Logistics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical advice.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and customer satisfaction.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week.
