Job Summary

As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Make decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
