Job Description:

We are seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or related environment.
Work Environment:

The Store Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
