About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join our team at Browns Socialhouse Moose Jaw. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to deliver our menu
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our culinary operations are aligned with our business goals
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
