The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobility and Accessibility Consultant to join our sales and service team in Kitchener. As a Mobility and Accessibility Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that improve their quality of life. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a Motion LP customer experience: Ensuring the needs of our clients are met and that we fulfill our promise to make life accessible.
  • Driving business growth: Conducting research, making cold calls, and expanding our client base to increase sales and revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Training and development: Collaborating with our technicians to learn the functionality of our products and services, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Creating and documenting: Tracking all sales leads and client details in our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales and service position.
  • Construction Skills: Comfortable using a range of tools and equipment.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Process-oriented and highly detailed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and Respect: Ability to engage clients in a meaningful way, demonstrating empathy and respect.
  • Flexibility: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes throughout the region.

Additional Requirements:

  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to move or repair equipment and devices.
  • Driver's License: Class 5 driver's license and a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
