Rayacom Print and Packaging BC Ltd. is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses to produce high-quality prints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mount plates or cylinders and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal print quality.
  • Filling ink fountains and controlling color and viscosity to achieve desired results.
  • Setting up the press and operating at slow speed to check samples before proceeding with the regular press run.
  • Monitoring the press run for quality using the computer control console and making adjustments as needed.
  • Removing and cleaning plates and cylinders at the end of the press run to maintain equipment efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination are essential.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work under pressure.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
