The Role of the Workforce Planning Specialist
As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the allocation of human resources on all client interactions and inquiries, ensuring that each team and resource is utilized to its full capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update department vacation requests, adhering to team-level and function-level holiday caps.
- Maintain accurate records of employee absences and accompanying documentation.
- Ensure data integrity and regularly audit data for accuracy through our CRM System, Salesforce, and other systems as needed.
- Liaise closely with service team managers to ensure that they are utilizing resources to benefit the growth of the business.
- Forge strong relationships across departments to ensure clear lines of communication.
- Work within established service level agreements (SLAs) in terms of call handling times and quality standards.
- Ensure shifts are covered for out-of-hours service.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by management.
