Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Workforce Planning and Forecasting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives that align with Manulife's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and future talent needs.
  • Lead a team of specialists in conducting in-depth workforce analysis, forecasting demand, and identifying potential skill gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across various departments to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable workforce plans.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making regarding talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in workforce planning and forecasting within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives.
