Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer focus
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment

Our fast food outlet or concession is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and customer satisfaction.
