SNG Developments Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.

Requirements
