E-Commerce Store Manager

The Pet Valu family of stores is a leading retail operation in North America dedicated to providing families with food and supplies for pets. Our company is committed to helping local pets in need through partnerships with local shelters, rescues, and charities.
As a Store Manager, you will be part of a team of passionate pet experts who are dedicated to delivering world-class service to customers. Your role will involve coaching and developing your store team to provide exceptional customer service and help pet owners find the right nutrition and solutions for their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees, including recruiting, scheduling, training, and day-to-day task assignment
- Ensure all staff adhere to corporate standards and procedures
- Coordinate order placements, maintain inventory, and complete store audits and safety audits
- Coordinate store staff efforts to achieve targeted results
- Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience
- Ability to have reliable transportation to and from the store
- Observe and coach employees to provide feedback on sales techniques and customer service
- Industry experience is an asset
