Virtual Assistant for E-commerce Services

BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce business in London.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and offering technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Process orders, manage inventory, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or e-commerce
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices
