  • Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Develop and support complex software components within the IdentityIQ ecosystem.
  • Actively contribute to team planning and prioritization efforts.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for all developed functions.
  • Contribute to the implementation of regression testing strategies to enhance application stability.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the application, resolving complex issues effectively.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong understanding of IGA concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is highly desirable.
