Job Summary

The Corporate Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact and provide administrative support to the unit.

This role involves managing multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas, ensuring the satisfaction of executives and resolving any issues that may arise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing meeting room calendars, scheduling audio-visual equipment, and training end users.
  • Checking equipment and managing service or repairs.
  • Managing supplies, tidying the café, and meeting with vendors.
  • Setting up and cleaning up catering/refreshment orders.
  • Emptying dishwashers and returning clean dishes to cupboards.
  • Sorting mail and updating folders with staff changes.
  • Ordering stationery and maintaining printer supplies.
  • Inspecting facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration.
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
