Nous recherchons un Délégué Produit pour rejoindre notre équipe en croissance.

En tant que Délégué Produit, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion nationale des projets (Commercial Lines National Operations and Planning) pour développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de produits nationaux.

Vous serez chargé de la gestion du backlog de priorités nationales, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et IT pour définir les priorités et les objectifs du produit.

Compétences requises
  • Expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans le domaine de l'assurance commerciale (P & C).
  • Connaissance approfondie de la méthodologie Agile.
  • Compétences en matière de gestion de projet et de leadership.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes.

Responsabilités
  • Définir la vision et la stratégie du produit.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour définir la vision du produit.
  • Comprendre les objectifs du produit et les problèmes qu'il résout.
  • Communiquer la vision et les objectifs du produit à l'équipe.
  • Gérer le backlog de priorités du produit (créer des histoires, prioriser les histoires de développement et la dette technique en fonction de la priorité commerciale/échelle, etc.).
  • Communiquer les progrès et les délais.
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et comment le produit s'intègre.
  • Définir les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et les objectifs du produit et, à l'aide d'analyses de données et de retours d'information, s'assurer que les objectifs commerciaux et les cibles sont atteints.
  • Mitiger les risques en signalant les préoccupations au comité de direction concernant la qualité du produit et en proposant des actions pour atténuer le risque.
  • Guider les activités des membres de l'équipe de manière efficace et efficace pour atteindre le succès d'un projet ou d'un résultat.
  • Agir en tant qu'agent de changement positif en soutenant et en influençant les autres pour adopter de nouvelles approches.
  • Former les autres à résoudre systématiquement et logiquement les problèmes, à identifier la cause et à anticiper les résultats attendus.
  • Travailler efficacement et coopérativement avec les autres ; participer activement à la réalisation des objectifs ; établir et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les autres.
  • Communiquer des idées de manière logique et simple, participer activement aux réunions et faire un effort conscient pour comprendre ce que les gens disent réellement.
  • Former les autres à s'adapter et à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution et en mouvement ; confortable avec l'ambiguïté et performant sous pression.
