Job Summary:

The Medical Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our medical clinic by collecting and processing specimens, documenting observations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Specimen Collection: Collect and process patient specimens in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Documentation: Document observations and results of tests in a clear and concise manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and billing.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
  • Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word.
Work Environment:

The Medical Laboratory Assistant will work in a fast-paced medical clinic environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
