Job Title: Medical Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Kingston Lawrence Medical Inc.

Job Summary

The Medical Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our medical laboratory team by performing various tasks such as specimen collection, documentation, and data entry.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and process patient specimens for testing
  • Document observations and results of tests
  • Enter data into our computer system according to specified format
  • Conduct specimen collection and processing
  • Assist with billing and charging patients
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The Medical Laboratory Assistant will work in a medical clinic setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
