Role Summary

As a Senior Clinician within the Employee Assistance Program, you will play a vital role in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering integrated services and programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Employee Assistance Program services, including confidential counseling, case management, direct clinical interventions, and assessments.
  • Manage case assignments, develop treatment plans, and document case progress.
  • Create service plans that delineate a specific course of action for each client under periodic supervision.
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments for clients as necessary.
  • Handle crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for a 4-day period every couple of months.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Must possess valid registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • A minimum of 3 years of counseling experience is required.
  • Experience in brief, solution-focused counseling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assessment, crisis management, and Employee Assistance Program services is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
