Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Passionate Global Logistics Limited is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, ensuring safe and secure transportation of goods
  • Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo, and transporting and handling dangerous goods
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
