- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace by adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment by multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Process Returns and Exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with Inventory Management by accurately counting and recording stock levels.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Company Policies and Procedures by attending training sessions and adhering to company standards.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in Retail or a Related Field is an asset.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Basic Math Skills to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
- Ability to Stand for Extended Periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
