About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fish Processing Labourer to join our team at Connors Bros. Division of Clover Leaf Seafoods Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport fish and shellfish to the work area with precision and care
  • Condition fish filets for wrapping or freezing, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Weigh fish or shellfish, record weight, and pack fish in ice with accuracy
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines with attention to detail
  • Sort fish according to species, weight, and destination with efficiency
  • Clean the work area to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. The work site environment is noisy, with odours, hot, cold/refrigerated, and wet/damp conditions.
