The Support Specialist (SS) plays a crucial role in assisting individuals with developmental disabilities as they navigate their daily lives within their communities. This role is centered around empowering individuals to live independently and fully engage in their surroundings. Support Specialists acknowledge the rights of individuals to make their own choices, recognizing that each person possesses unique strengths and requirements. They facilitate skill development and personal growth.

Qualifications:
