Your Role:

Based in our Calgary office, we are in search of a mid-level Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure the seamless movement of freight across North America and beyond, aligning with our clients' requirements.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding Operations team, maintaining clear communication with colleagues and Traffic Tech staff. This position presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth within the diverse logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with vendors
  • Engaging in negotiations with shippers and carriers
  • Monitoring shipments – overseeing pickup and delivery processes
  • Preparing necessary shipping documentation
  • Ensuring effective and professional communication with clients and carriers
  • Performing minor accounting tasks and data entry

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the logistics industry is preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking skills are essential
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with flexibility
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

This is a full-time permanent position, operating Monday through Friday.
