Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at LE002 Flagship Facility Services LLC. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors, walls, and surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners as needed.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized janitor's closet.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Good listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our office environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. You will be exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and shop environments.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
