Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and store coats, umbrellas, and other personal items in a secure and organized manner.
  • Provide prompt and friendly service to guests, ensuring their items are returned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coat check area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Accurately complete paperwork for lost or stolen items, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, management, and team members, promoting a culture of excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a high-volume establishment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer application packages and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
