Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, including cooks, cashiers, and food preparers.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Work Environment:

As a Shift Manager at Wendy's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You will also be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
