  • Thorough understanding of interaction design principles and usability practices
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and inVision
  • Experience mentoring junior designers
  • Experience in client interactions
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and current web design trends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership
  • Effective communication skills in English
