We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Expedite Logistics Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Human Resources: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Leadership: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and demonstrate attention to detail and ability to handle a large workload.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player qualities.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
