About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor at Prabh Building Maintenance LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommend these to our management team.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning team as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
