About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Image Fencing Inc. as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials for construction projects.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate construction.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Staffing: Recruit and hire construction workers and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in a construction site environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure and be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
