About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team at Uline. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 3rd or 4th-year students in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
