About the Role

Senior Financial Data Analyst - A Key Position in Data Management

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in managing financial instrument data and corporate actions data. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our mission-critical data offering and making recommendations to prevent reoccurring issues and automate manual processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Manage data about financial products, corporate actions, prices, legal entities, valuation data structures, and common reference data consumed by 500+ clients worldwide.
  • Data Quality: Ensure and enhance the integrity of our mission-critical data offering.
  • Financial Knowledge: Learn finance from the data up and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Process Improvement: Make and implement recommendations to prevent reoccurring issues and automate manual processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a stakeholder for all data management capabilities, from sourcing to consumption.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in the management of financial instrument data and corporate actions data.
  • Financial Knowledge: Robust knowledge of financial instruments, including fixed income, commodities, FX, crypto, equity, and their derivatives.
  • Technical Skills: Basic SQL, Python, and JavaScript skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data vendors for financial instrument data, such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, or FactSet.
