At Intact Financial Corporation, we're seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our North America Data Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving business decisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies to streamline business processes and enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, generate meaningful insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Design and implement data visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in data analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and SAS.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, or equivalent.
