Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at All Link Logistics Inc.

Job Summary

The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks. This includes troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing training and guidance to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and networks.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents related to computer systems and networks, including reporting and tracking issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
Work Environment

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support to users in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The User Support Technician will work 30 to 35 hours per week.
