Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from early morning to evening

Role Overview:

As a dedicated professional with a passion for child development, you will oversee a team that provides high-quality licensed child care services. Your leadership will ensure that children and families experience a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in delivering exceptional child care that promotes positive outcomes for children and families.
  • Provide mentorship and support to staff, enhancing their skills and confidence.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient operations.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and community partners through effective communication.
  • Encourage professional development and team collaboration through ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Facilitate high-quality child care experiences that support children's growth and exploration.

Qualifications:

Registered Early Childhood Educator:

  • Possess an Early Childhood Educator Diploma.
  • Registered or in the process of registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE).
  • 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a licensed child care environment.

General Skills:

  • Strong understanding of child care regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams and fostering positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
