Are you looking for a role where you can leverage your management expertise, oversee a thriving Automotive Repair Centre, and explore avenues for professional advancement? We are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Centre Supervisor for our cutting-edge facility, AutoCanada.
We are in search of a qualified Automotive Repair Centre Supervisor to become part of our expanding team. Candidates with a background as a Production Manager or Estimator who are ready to advance their careers will also be considered. In this pivotal position, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring clients receive their repaired or restored vehicles promptly. Utilizing your strong leadership abilities and understanding of the vehicle repair process, you will be responsible for achieving the financial performance objectives of the repair centre.

Oversee daily operations to optimize financial performance across all metrics Manage workflow within the repair centre to ensure timely completion of repairs while maximizing efficiency Provide constructive feedback and communicate departmental goals to foster team success Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of repair centre associates Ensure exceptional customer service for our valued clients Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections for repair services Prepare estimates and offer ongoing guidance to the estimating team Build and sustain strong relationships with insurance adjusters from various companiesQualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an Automotive Repair Centre Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
