About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving volume targets in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with On-Premise accounts to drive sales growth
  • Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct wine tastings and education sessions to promote product knowledge and sales
  • Report on competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions to improve sales performance
  • Prospect and qualify new accounts to determine potential fit with brand portfolio
  • Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aids and staff training seminars
  • Work with supplier representatives and management to promote sales and improve marketability of products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening and written
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of wine
  • WSET Certification
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competition
  • Bi-lingual in French and English
