Director of Channel Marketing & Advocacy

Corning Inc. is a leading innovator in materials science, shaping industries and the world through purposeful invention. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Channel Marketing & Advocacy to drive customer advocacy and partner marketing strategies, fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Channel Marketing Strategy:
    • Design and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy to engage partners and drive business growth.
    • Develop and deliver strategic content to support partner engagement initiatives.
  2. Lead Marketing Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to support partner engagement initiatives.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of regular newsletters and updates to the user communities.
  3. Lead and Develop a Team:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing and advocacy professionals.
  4. Customer Advocacy:
    • Develop and oversee a comprehensive customer advocacy strategy.
    • Lead a team to execute advocacy initiatives and measure their impact.
    • Implement business objectives and metrics to support this area of focus and report on performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive (10+) experience in channel management, customer advocacy, community management, or a similar role within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
