About the Role

The Behavioural Specialist at Camp Jude will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies. This position will work closely with the Director of Community Programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans in collaboration with the Director of Community Programs
  • Provide training and support to staff on behaviour management techniques
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to behaviour management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education)
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
